We, the undersigned author(s), hereby submit our manuscript to the Review of Crime, Peace and Society (RCPS) for consideration of publication and declare that:
1. Originality of the Work
The submitted manuscript is original and has been prepared by the author(s). It has not been published previously, in whole or in part, in any journal, book, conference proceedings, repository requiring prior publication rights transfer, or any other publication outlet, except where properly disclosed to the journal.
2. Exclusive Submission
The manuscript is not currently under review, consideration, or accepted for publication elsewhere. We undertake that the manuscript will not be submitted to any other journal, publisher, or publication platform unless it is formally withdrawn from RCPS in writing.
3. Authorship Responsibility
All listed authors have made a substantial academic contribution to the work and have read and approved the final version of the manuscript submitted to RCPS. All authors agree to its submission and take public responsibility for the content of the manuscript.
4. Accuracy and Integrity
The manuscript is, to the best of our knowledge, factually accurate, free from fabrication, falsification, plagiarism, and misleading claims, and complies with accepted standards of academic integrity and responsible research conduct.
5. Ethical Compliance
Where applicable, the research has been conducted in accordance with relevant ethical standards, and all necessary permissions, approvals, or consents have been obtained from the relevant institutions, participants, or authorities.
6. Conflict of Interest
The author(s) have disclosed all financial, professional, institutional, or personal interests that could influence, or reasonably be perceived to influence, the research, interpretation, or publication of the manuscript.

10. Editorial Rights
The author(s) understand that the manuscript is subject to editorial screening, plagiarism/similarity checking, peer review, and editorial revision in accordance with the policies of RCPS. The final decision regarding publication rests with the Editorial Board of RCPS.
11. Withdrawal of Manuscript
If the author(s) decide to withdraw the manuscript after submission, the corresponding author shall notify RCPS in writing. Submission of the same manuscript to another journal without formal withdrawal from RCPS shall be treated as a violation of publication ethics.
12. Author Agreement
We certify that the information provided in this declaration is true and correct to the best of our knowledge, and we agree to abide by the editorial, ethical, and publication policies of the Review of Crime, Peace and Society (RCPS).
